Localino is an indoor localization system. The implementation of Localino data can be used in Eliona for asset tracking. In this way, any assets can be equipped with a tracker, and these can then be tracked and located on a floor plan in Eliona.

The configuration of the Localino data can currently only be done via the database level. However, the Eliona support team is happy to assist you with the configuration.

Once the Localino service is configured, you will see all the devices of your Localino system under Settings>Apps>Localino. All devices can now be linked with assets in your Eliona system and then used in your Eliona project. Click to create a new asset for the tracker.

Link Trackers

• Click to link the Localino tracker with an Eliona asset.

• Click to unlink.

• Click to delete the tracking asset.

• Click to remove the anchor.

Coordinate Data

The position data (coordinates) of the trackers is sent to Eliona in real time as soon as the tracker's location changes. These updates are displayed on the floor plan in Eliona.

Device Information

In addition to the coordinates, the Localino system transmits important device information, such as the battery level of the tracker. This data is updated every 5 minutes.

Example Use Case

Imagine you attach a Localino tracker to a flipchart. On the floor plan in Eliona, you can now track live where the flipchart is in the building and check its location at any time.
