# Create a new escalation

1. Click on **Engineering \[A]**
2. Click on **Escalation \[B]**
3. Click on **\[C]**\
   ▷ The window opens **\[D]**
4. Give the escalation a name **\[E]**&#x20;
5. Click on **Create** **\[F]**\
   ▷ The "Configure escalation" menu opens\
   ▷ The escalation has been created, but still needs to be configured\
