Create a new escalation

In this chapter you will learn how to create a new escalation.

1. Click on Engineering [A]

2. Click on Escalation [B]

3. Click on [C] ▷ The window opens [D]

4. Give the escalation a name [E]

5. Click on Create [F] ▷ The "Configure escalation" menu opens ▷ The escalation has been created, but still needs to be configured ▷ Continue with the chapter -> configure escalation continue
