eCall is a system widely used in Switzerland for automatically sending SMS and voice messages.

eCall sends SMS and voice messages by email.

## Activate eCall in eliona

Proceed as follows to activate the eCall function in eliona

### Alarm grouping

Alarms can also be grouped here, just like with other notification providers.&#x20;

## Specify phone number

Eliona needs to know which phone number the SMS or voice message should be sent to.

When creating a user, a phone number can already be stored.&#x20;
