# Global analytics and reports

## Overview

With *Global Analytics* and *Global Reports* you can create analyses and reports across projects. These are visible to all members in the project and can be centrally managed. Only the person who created them can change them.\
Global content is marked by a **blue dot** .

## Create a global analytics or a global report

**Make sure that you are in the menu item →&#x20;*****Analytics & Reports*****&#x20;.** \[A]

1. Click on \[B1] (*Add analytics*) or \[B2] (*Add report*)\
   ▷ The window *Create analytic* or *Create report* opens
2. Select the type *Project* \[C1]
3. Enter a name \[C2]
4. Click on *Create* \[C3]\
   ▷ The global analytics or the global report is created

## Edit existing analytics/reports

If you want to share an existing analytics or report afterward:

1. Click on the meatball menu \[F]
2. Select *Edit*
3. Change the type to *Project*\
   ▷ The analytics/report is made global and moved to the corresponding folder

## Management of global analytics and reports

Global content is automatically assigned to the following folders:\
→ *Project analytics* \[D]\
→ *Project reports* \[D]

◈ These contents are marked with a **blue dot** \[E]\
◈ Global analytics and reports can be moved freely within their area

## Permissions

* *User analytics* and *User reports* are visible only to the person who created them
* When selecting *Project* in \[C1], automatic sharing takes place with all project participants
* Only the person who created a *Project Analytics* or a *Project Report* can edit or delete it
