# Add links to an asset

Via "Links", you can attach links to resources on the internet to any asset.

1. Go to the [-> Asset details](https://docs.buildings.ability.abb/collection/english-v14/documentation/assets/asset-details) on
2. Click on **\[A]** \
   ▷ The "Add link" window opens
3. Select under **\[B]** or **\[F]** whether the link should be opened in a new tab
4. Enter under **\[C]** enter a description of the link
5. Enter under **\[D]** enter the URL to the resource
6. Click on **\[F]** to save\
   ▷ The link has been added to the asset
