📫Notifications

The settings in this chapter only affect the notifications you receive in the eliona app or through your web browser.

Would you like to manage the notifications that are sent via SMS/email/Slack etc.?

Information on this can be found in the chapter -> Escalation

What are notifications?

Notifications inform you about various processes in eliona.

Notifications are not to be confused with alarms, escalations or Tickets.

Types of notifications

When this document refers to "notifications", it means 2 types of notifications:

  1. Internal notifications

  2. Push notifications via your web browser (e.g. Chrome or Firefox)

Internal notifications

Internal notifications appear in the Eliona interface.

Internal notifications are indicated by a marker in the title bar [A], a visual indication [B] and a notification sound.
