Mute notifications

Internal notifications are delivered with a sound.

Users can mute internal notifications temporarily or permanently.

Follow these steps to mute notifications:

1. Click in the title bar on Notifications [A] ▷ The "Notifications" drop-down opens

2. Click on [B]

3. Click the desired option: [C] – Mute for one (1) hour [D] – Mute for 4 hours [E] – Mute for 8 hours

Unmute

Follow these steps to unmute notifications:

1. ↺ Prerequisite: Notifications are muted Click in the title bar on Notifications [A] ▷ The "Notifications" drop-down opens

2. Click on [B]

3. Click on [G]

Configure web browser

If notifications are delivered without sound, this may be because your web browser does not have permission to play sounds.
