# Place assets in a BIM

1. [-> Open a BIM](#ein-bim-oeffnen)
2. Click on **\[A]**\
   ▷ The sidebar switches to the "Place Asset" mode
3. Click on **\[B]**\
   ▷ The field **\[C]** appears
4. Click in the field **\[C]** and select one or more assets that you want to place in the BIM
5. Click on **\[D]**\
   ▷ The asset selection closes and the selected assets are displayed under **\[E]** displayed
6. Click on **Continue \[F]**
7. Click in the BIM to place the first asset **\[H]**
8. Click on **\[G]**, to confirm the placement of the asset
9. If you add multiple assets: Repeat the steps until you have placed all assets
10. Repeat the steps until you have placed all selected assets
