# HDD monitor

#### Eliona HDD Monitor – Automatic creation with every installation

In every new *Eliona*-installation, a special asset is automatically created: **Eliona HDD Monitor**. This asset is used to monitor the free hard disk space of the installation and provide the corresponding data.

1. **Asset Name:**\
   \&#xNAN;*Eliona HDD Monitor*
2. **Description:**\
   \&#xNAN;*Monitor Asset will check free HDD Space.*
3. **Asset Type:**\
   \&#xNAN;*Eliona Monitoring*
4. **Function:**
   * The asset checks the disk space and monitors the used storage space.
   * The information is stored in an attribute with the name **Used Storage** stored.
   * The value indicates in percent how much storage has already been used.
