Start and complete task

Start tasks

1. Open the Tickets menu [A]

2. Make sure that the switch [B] is ON set to ◈ This will display tasks directly below the associated tickets

3. Click on a task with the status Open [C]

4. Click on [E], to start editing the task

Close task

1. Open the Tickets menu [A]

2. Make sure that the switch [N] is ON set to ◈ This will display tasks directly below the associated tickets

3. Click on a task with the status In progress [F]

4. Click on [G], to complete the task
