# Adjust user data

You can subsequently adjust a user's data

1. Click on **Engineering \[A]**
2. Make sure that the tab **Users** **\[B]** is selected
3. Click on the user whose data you want to adjust **\[C]**\
   ▷ The user settings open
4. Click on **\[D]**, to display the user information
5. Select on **\[E]**, to enter additional contact information for the user.&#x20;
6. Click on **\[F],** to archive the user
7. Under **\[G]**, all projects to which the user is assigned are displayed. Click on one of these projects to open the respective project settings.
