You can subsequently adjust a user's data
Click on Engineering [A]
Make sure that the tab Users [B] is selected
Click on the user whose data you want to adjust [C] ▷ The user settings open
Click on [D], to display the user information
Select on [E], to enter additional contact information for the user.
Click on [F], to archive the user
Under [G], all projects to which the user is assigned are displayed. Click on one of these projects to open the respective project settings.
