# Analytics

The *Analytics widget* allows existing analyses to be displayed directly in the dashboard or in Smartview. It shows the complete configuration of a selected analysis with all included charts and data points.

## **Operation**

1. **Change time range**\
   Click on **\[A]**.\
   ▷ The configuration menu **\[B]** opens.
2. **Select custom time**\
   Select in **\[C]** the desired time range.\
   ◈ For the option *Custom* you can also define a start and end date.
3. **Apply or reset settings**\
   ◈ Click on **\[D]**, to restore the analysis's original time values.\
   ◈ Click on **\[E] Apply**, to apply the changes.

## Configure widget

1. Make sure you are in the "Dashboard" menu.
2. Click on «Add widget».
3. Click on «Data visualization».
4. Click on «Analysis». \
   ▷ The window **\[A]** appears
5. Optional: Select **\[A1]** the primary asset
6. Select in **\[A2]** select the desired analysis.
7. Select in **\[A3]** select how much space the widget should take up on the dashboard.
8. Click on **\[A4]** \
   ▷ The widget appears on the dashboard.

In the *Smartview* the time range selected there is automatically applied.
