## ABB BuildingPro Gateway Edge:

Simplicity and efficiency For use cases that require a more straightforward approach, the ABB BuildingPro Basic Edge is the ideal choice. This EdgeNode focuses on the efficient transmission of data without implementing additional logic. Its simple connectivity makes it ideal for projects where speed and ease of use matter. The ABB BuildingPro Basic Edge is perfect for customers who need cost-efficient and reliable data integration into their smart building platform. By default, 500 data points are included, but the devices can be expanded almost without limit.

## ABB BuildingPro Control Edge:

The flexible and intelligent solution The ABB BuildingPro Control Edge is specifically designed for more demanding applications. It not only offers logic and store-and-forward functions, but also advanced data and alarm transmission. Its outstanding capability lies in creating complex logics that can be executed autonomously on the EdgeNode. This enables deeper data analysis and faster response times directly on site, significantly improving the performance and responsiveness of your smart building system. By default, 500 data points are included, but the devices can be expanded almost without limit. With the high availability function, the device can optionally be built with hardware redundancy.
