# Globale Analytics und Reports

## Überblick

Mit *Globalen Analytics* und *Globalen Reports* erstellen Sie projektübergreifende Auswertungen und Berichte. Diese sind für alle Mitglieder im Projekt sichtbar und zentral verwaltbar. Nur die erstellende Person kann sie ändern.\
Globale Inhalte sind durch einen **blauen Punkt** markiert.

## Eine globale Analytics oder einen globalen Report erstellen

**Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie sich im Menüpunkt →&#x20;*****Analytics & Reports*****&#x20;befinden** \[A]

1. Klicken Sie auf \[B1] (*Analytics hinzufügen*) oder \[B2] (*Report hinzufügen*)\
   ▷ Das Fenster *Create analytic* bzw. *Create report* öffnet sich
2. Wählen Sie den Typ *Project* \[C1]
3. Geben Sie einen Namen ein \[C2]
4. Klicken Sie auf *Create* \[C3]\
   ▷ Die globale Analytics bzw. der globale Report wird erstellt

## Bestehende Analytics/Reports bearbeiten

Wenn Sie eine bestehende Analytics oder einen Report nachträglich freigeben möchten:

1. Klicken Sie auf das Fleischbällchen-Menü \[F]
2. Wählen Sie *Bearbeiten*
3. Ändern Sie den Typ zu *Project*\
   ▷ Die Analytics/der Report wird global und in den entsprechenden Ordner verschoben

## Verwaltung globaler Analytics und Reports

Globale Inhalte werden automatisch in folgende Ordner eingeordnet:\
→ *Project analytics* \[D]\
→ *Project reports* \[D]

◈ Diese Inhalte sind durch einen **blauen Punkt** gekennzeichnet \[E]\
◈ Globale Analytics und Reports können innerhalb ihres Bereichs beliebig verschoben werden

## Berechtigungen

* *User-Analytics* und *User-Reports* sind nur für die erstellende Person sichtbar
* Bei Auswahl von *Project* in \[C1] erfolgt eine automatische Freigabe an alle Projektteilnehmer
* Nur die Person, die eine *Project Analytics* oder einen *Project Report* erstellt hat, kann diese bearbeiten oder löschen
