# Task starten, abschliessen oder abbrechen

Öffnen Sie den Task über die Ticketliste oder über den Reiter **Tasks** in den Ticket-Details.

## Statusregeln

1. Ein Task im Status **Zugewiesen** muss zuerst auf **In Bearbeitung** gesetzt werden.
2. Nur ein gestarteter Task kann abgeschlossen werden.
3. Ein Task in Bearbeitung kann nur abgeschlossen werden, wenn ein Zeitaufwand eingetragen wurde.
4. Beim Abschluss wird die Task-Zeit in die automatisch berechnete Gesamtzeit des Tickets aufgenommen.

Der Assignee und der Ersteller des Tasks, der Assignee und der Ersteller des übergeordneten Tickets sowie Benutzer mit **Ticket Manage** dürfen den Task annehmen, abschliessen oder abbrechen.
