# Globale Berichte

## Übersicht

Mit *Globale Berichte*, erstellen Sie Mandanten-übergreifende Berichte, die für alle Mandantenmitglieder sichtbar sind.

Globale Berichte können zentral verwaltet werden.

Nur der Ersteller kann sie ändern oder löschen.

Globale Inhalte sind mit einem **blauen Punkt**.

## Einen globalen Bericht erstellen

**Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie sich in** ***Analytics & Reports*** **\[A]**

1. Klicken Sie auf **\[B2]** (*Bericht hinzufügen*)
2. Wählen Sie den Typ aus **Mandant** **\[C1]**
3. Geben Sie einen Namen ein **\[C2]**
4. Klicken Sie auf **erstellen** **\[C3]**

   ▷ Der globale Bericht wird erstellt

## Einen bestehenden Bericht bearbeiten

Wenn Sie einen bestehenden Bericht im Nachhinein teilen möchten:

1. Klicken Sie auf das Dreipunkt-Menü \[F]
2. Auswählen **Bearbeiten**
3. Ändern Sie den Typ zu **Mandant**

   ▷ Der Bericht wird global und verschiebt sich in den entsprechenden Ordner

## Globale Berichte verwalten

Globale Berichte werden automatisch gespeichert in **Mandantenberichte** **\[D]**.

Dieser Inhalt ist mit einem **blauen Punkt** **\[E]**.

Globale Berichte können innerhalb dieses Bereichs bei Bedarf verschoben werden.

## Berechtigungen

* **Benutzerberichte** sind nur für die Person sichtbar, die sie erstellt hat.
* Die Auswahl von **Mandant** in **\[C1]** teilt den Bericht mit allen Mandanten-Teilnehmern.
* Nur der Ersteller eines **Mandantenberichts** kann ihn bearbeiten oder löschen.
