# Alarmierung & Eskalation

Alert & Eskalation umfasst die Benachrichtigungs- und Eskalationsfunktionen, die BuildingPro Suites dabei helfen, auf Ereignisse zu reagieren und Nutzer auf dem Laufenden zu halten.

Dieser Abschnitt konzentriert sich darauf, wie Nachrichten zugestellt werden, wie Nutzer benachrichtigt werden und wie externe Kanäle wie E-Mail, SMS, Slack oder Google Chat verwendet werden, wenn eine Eskalation ausgelöst wird.

* **Eskalationen** senden Warnmeldungen über externe Kommunikationskanäle und können mit Zeitplänen, Empfängern und kanalspezifischen Einstellungen konfiguriert werden

Zusammen stellen diese Funktionen sicher, dass wichtige Ereignisse sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb der Plattform sichtbar sind.
