# Aufgaben erstellen
## Aufgabenmenü
1. Befolgen Sie die Schritte von [-> Ticket konfigurieren](/collection/german/plattform/service-desk/configure-ticket.md)
2. Klicken Sie auf unten rechts im [-> Ticketdetails](/collection/german/plattform/service-desk/ticket-details.md)
▷ Das Aufgabenmenü öffnet sich
3. Füllen Sie das **„Zugewiesen an“** Feld aus, um die Aufgabe einer Person zuzuweisen.
4. Geben Sie der Aufgabe einen **Titel**.
5. Wählen Sie ein **Grund** für die Aufgabe aus.
6. Schreiben Sie eine **Beschreibung** der Aufgabe.
7. Optional: Fügen Sie eine **Objekts** hinzu und fügen Sie eine **Datei** bei Bedarf hinzu.
8. Klicken Sie auf **„Aufgabe erstellen“**.
▷ Die **„Aufgabendetails“** öffnen sich.
