# Nutzererlebnis

Occupant Experience konzentriert sich auf messbaren Komfort, Wohlbefinden und Nutzerzufriedenheit, ohne die betriebliche Realität aus dem Blick zu verlieren. Es verbindet Indikatoren der Innenraumumgebung, den Gebäudekontext und die Nutzerinteraktion zu einer einzigen Erlebnisschicht.

Die Suite hilft Teams zu verstehen, warum sich Bewohner auf eine bestimmte Weise fühlen, nicht nur, was Sensoren melden, und dieses Verständnis in umsetzbare Verbesserungen zu verwandeln. Mit der Zeit unterstützt sie eine Rückkopplungsschleife zwischen Bewohnern und Facility-Teams, damit Organisationen gesündere Räume schaffen, Beschwerden reduzieren und die Akzeptanz betrieblicher Änderungen verbessern können.
