# Einen Benutzer einem Mandanten zuweisen

Ein Benutzer wird einem Mandanten zugewiesen, indem er zum entsprechenden Portfolio in ABB Ability™ BuildingPro eingeladen wird.

Jedes Portfolio in ABB Ability™ BuildingPro entspricht einem Mandanten in BuildingPro Suites. Wenn Sie einen Benutzer zu einem Portfolio einladen, wird dieser Benutzer automatisch dem synchronisierten Mandanten in BuildingPro Suites hinzugefügt.

## Vorgehen

1. Öffnen <https://buildings.ability.abb/> und anmelden.
2. Wählen Sie das Portfolio aus, das den Mandanten darstellt, den Sie verwalten möchten.
3. In der Seitenleiste öffnen **Portfolio-Editor**.
4. Klicken Sie auf **Benutzer & Berechtigungen**.
5. Klicken Sie auf **Benutzer einladen**.
6. Geben Sie die Benutzerdaten ein.
7. Wählen Sie die Einladungsrolle aus:
   * **Mitglied** um die Standardrolle zuzuweisen **Systembenutzer** Rolle in BuildingPro Suites
   * **Administrator** um die Standardrolle zuzuweisen **Systemadministrator** Rolle in BuildingPro Suites
8. Klicken Sie auf **Einladen**.
9. Warten Sie darauf, dass der eingeladene Benutzer die E-Mail-Einladung annimmt.

Ergebnis:

* der Benutzer wird dem ausgewählten Portfolio in ABB Ability™ BuildingPro hinzugefügt
* der Benutzer wird automatisch dem entsprechenden Mandanten in BuildingPro Suites zugewiesen
* die Anfangsrolle wird automatisch basierend auf der ausgewählten Einladungsrolle zugewiesen

Falls erforderlich, können Sie die Rolle später innerhalb von BuildingPro Suites anpassen.

Um einem Benutzer Zugriff auf einen anderen Mandanten zu geben, wiederholen Sie denselben Vorgang im entsprechenden Portfolio.
