Assign a Role to a User

When a user is invited through ABB Ability™ BuildingPro, the initial role is assigned automatically based on the selected invitation type.

The role can be adjusted in BuildingPro Suites.

1. Click Engineering [A]

2. Make sure the Tenants [B] tab is selected

3. Click on the user whose role you want to adjust [C]

   ▷ The tenant settings open

   ▷ In [D], you can see all users assigned to this tenant

4. For the user whose role you want to adjust, click [E]

   ▷ The Edit User [F] window appears

5. In [G], select the role you want to assign to this user.

6. Click Save [H]
