Create a Tenant

Create a portfolio in ABB Ability BuildingPro to create the corresponding tenant in BuildingPro Suites.

Create a new portfolio

1. Open https://buildings.ability.abb/.

2. Sign up or log in with SSO.

3. On the portfolio overview page, click [B] + Add new portfolio. ▷ The portfolio creation page opens

4. Enter the required information:

   • Portfolio name

   • Street

   • Town / City

   • State

   • Zip code

   • Country

5. Click Save [G]. ▷ The portfolio is created ▷ The new portfolio is available in ABB Ability BuildingPro ▷ A corresponding tenant is created automatically in BuildingPro Suites ▷ Sites managed in ABB Ability BuildingPro are synchronized to BuildingPro Suites

6. Select the new portfolio from the list or from the portfolio selector at the top. ▷ The new portfolio becomes the active working context

From this point on, use the selected portfolio as the entry point for inviting users and opening BuildingPro Suites.
