# Create a Tenant

Create a portfolio in ABB Ability BuildingPro to create the corresponding tenant in BuildingPro Suites.

1. Open <https://buildings.ability.abb/>.
2. Sign up or log in with SSO.
3. On the portfolio overview page, click **\[B]** **+ Add new portfolio**.

   ▷ The portfolio creation page opens
4. Enter the required information:
   * **Portfolio name**
   * **Street**
   * **Town / City**
   * **State**
   * **Zip code**
   * **Country**
5. Click **Save \[G]**.

   ▷ The portfolio is created

   ▷ The new portfolio is available in ABB Ability BuildingPro

   ▷ A corresponding tenant is created automatically in BuildingPro Suites

   ▷ Sites managed in ABB Ability BuildingPro are synchronized to BuildingPro Suites
6. Select the new portfolio from the list or from the portfolio selector at the top.

   ▷ The new portfolio becomes the active working context

From this point on, use the selected portfolio as the entry point for inviting users and opening BuildingPro Suites.
