# Create and Configure an Analytic

1. Open the **Analytics and Reports \[A]** menu&#x20;

   ▷ The "Analytics and Reports Overview" opens
2. Click **\[B]** to create an analytic&#x20;

   ▷ The "Name" window opens
3. Give the analytic a name
4. Click Save&#x20;

   ▷ The analytic is saved under the name you entered
5. In the list of analytics **\[C]**, click on the analytic you created&#x20;

   ▷ The analytic opens
6. Click **\[D]**&#x20;

   ▷ The "Edit Chart" menu opens
