# Bookmarks

With the "Bookmarks" function, you can link to external resources as well as to elements within BuildingPro Suites.

## Open Bookmarks

1. Click on **Bookmarks \[A]**

   ▷ The **Bookmark Management \[B]** window opens
2. Navigate through the folder structure to the bookmark you want to open
3. Click on **\[C]** to open the bookmark

## Create a Bookmark

1. Click on **Bookmarks \[A]**

   ▷ The **Bookmark Management \[B]** window opens
2. Navigate through the folder structure to the bookmark you want to create
3. Click on **\[C]** to create the bookmark

   ▷ The window **\[D]** appears
4. Give the bookmark a name in **\[E]**
5. In **\[F]**, enter the link to the bookmark
6. Click on **\[G]**

   ▷ The window **\[H]** appears
7. Select the folder in which the bookmark should be saved **\[I]**
8. Click on **Add Bookmark \[J]**
