# Attach Documents to Assets

In BuildingPro Suites, you can attach documents, e.g., operating manuals, directly to individual assets.

This can significantly speed up the work of service technicians. Documents no longer have to be searched for in poor lighting conditions, but the required document is just a tap away.

1. Open the [-> Asset Details](https://docs.buildings.ability.abb/collection/mandatory-base/assets/asset-details)
2. Click on **\[A]** and upload the document you want to attach to the asset

   ◈ Alternatively, you can also drop the desired document via drag-and-drop under **\[A]**
