# Niagara
"Niagara" by Tridium is a framework that connects intelligent building technology systems. It is possible to implement data from a Niagara system in BuildingPro Suites and use it in your BuildingPro Suites tenant.

To integrate Niagara data into BuildingPro Suites, the [BuildingPro Suites driver](https://shop.itec-products.ch/de/tridium/n4-supervisor/treiber/niagara-eliona-treiber) must be installed on your Niagara system.

Niagara provides hardware such as "Controllers" and "Listeners". The devices can be connected to BuildingPro Suites. In Settings>Apps>Niagara, you can integrate the "Controllers" and "Listeners" of your Niagara system:

### **Add Listener**
Add Listener
1. First, create an BuildingPro Suites asset for the corresponding Niagara listener. Then select this asset.
2. Enter the certificate, private key, CA certificate, and the port of the listener.
3. Add a description.
4. Finish with to activate the listener.
### **Add Controller**
Add Controller
1. First, create an BuildingPro Suites asset for the corresponding Niagara controller. Then select this asset. The asset must be of the "System" asset type.
2. Click on to create a token that identifies the controller. The token must then be entered in Niagara.
3. Activate alarm: Select whether you want to allow alarm routing to Niagara.
4. Description: Describe the Niagara Controller with any text.
5. Click on to add the controller.
