# Tags

With tags, you can label and categorize content in BuildingPro Suites. The following content can be tagged:

* Assets
* Users
* Rules

Content can be tagged with any number of tags. By tagging content with multiple tags, content can be easily filtered.

Tags can be collected in *categories*.

Each tag has its own color. This allows tags to be visually distinguished.

Tags are used for many different functions. For example, in the [↗ ACL](https://doc.eliona.io/collection/neue-funktionen/acl-access-control-list) function, tags are used to regulate access to different areas of BuildingPro Suites.

Categories exist in a certain order. This order is called a sequence. **\[Q]**.
