# Customize User Data

You can adjust a user's data afterward.

1. Click on **Engineering \[A]**
2. Make sure the **Users** tab **\[B]** is selected
3. Click on the user whose data you want to adjust **\[C]**

   ▷ The user settings open
4. Click on **\[D]** to show the user information
5. Click on **\[E]** to provide more contact information for the user.
6. Click on **\[F]** to archive the user
7. Under **\[G]**, all tenants to which the user is assigned are displayed. Click on one of these tenants to open the respective tenant settings.
