# Send e-mail

Use **Send Email** to notify users or groups by email.

This node sends a message when the rule chain reaches it.

### What it does

The node sends an email to one or more recipients.

Use it for alerts, confirmations, or status updates.

### Inputs

* **Trigger input pin** — Starts the email action.

### Configurable settings

* **Subject** — Set the email subject.
* **To** — Enter one or more recipient addresses.
* **Text** — Add the message body.

### Typical use
