# Auto Reporter

## What are Reports?

Reports let you collect, structure, and share data from BuildingPro Suites.

You define the time range, choose the assets, and select the content to include.

Reports can be generated on demand or delivered automatically by email.

## What can Reports contain?

Depending on your setup, a report can include:

* text sections
* data tables
* alarm summaries
* other configured report elements

## Why use Reports?

Use reports when you need consistent output for operations, analysis, or stakeholder communication.

Typical use cases include regular status updates, asset-based data exports, and scheduled reporting.
