# Create a New BIM

1. Click on the menu item **BIM \[A]**&#x20;

   ▷ The BIM overview opens
2. Click on **\[B]**&#x20;

   ▷ The **Upload IFC \[C]** window appears
3. Select the asset to which you want to assign the BIM
4. Click on **\[E]** to upload a .ifc file
5. Click on **Add \[F]**
6. The message **\[G]** appears
7. Click on **Confirm \[H]**&#x20;

   ▷ The window **\[G]** is closed, and the BIM menu appears
8. Wait a few seconds and reload the page&#x20;

   ▷ The added BIM appears in the BIM overview
