# Create a New Escalation

1. Click on **Engineering \[A]**
2. Click on **Escalation \[B]**
3. Click on **\[C]**&#x20;

   ▷ The window **\[D]** opens
4. Give the escalation a name **\[E]**
5. Click on **Create \[F]**&#x20;

   ▷ The "Configure Escalation" menu opens&#x20;

   ▷ The escalation has been created but still needs to be configured&#x20;
