## What is the purpose of *Job Diagnostics*?

The *Job Diagnostics* in *Eliona* are for the detailed analysis and monitoring of the processing of *notifications*. Here you can trace which *notifications* were triggered, via which providers they were escalated, and to whom they were sent. In addition, you gain insight into the status and history of the respective *notification* jobs.

With *Job Diagnostics*, you can:

* Monitor the sending process of a *notification*.
* Trace escalation chains and recipients.
* Detect problems with delivery or processing early.
* View information about repeated *notifications* and their duration.

This function is particularly helpful for administrators and operators to check the functionality of the *notification* system and ensure that alarms and messages are forwarded correctly.
