# Close Tickets

For you to be able to close a ticket, all tasks assigned to the ticket must be completed.

1. Click on **\[A]**
2. Click on the ticket you want to close **\[B]**
3. Make sure that all tasks assigned to this ticket have the status **Completed \[C]**
4. Click on **Close ticket \[D]**
