# Start and Complete a Task

## Start Tasks

1. Open the Tickets menu **\[A]**
2. Make sure the **switch \[B]** is **ON**&#x20;

   ◈ This displays tasks directly under the corresponding tickets.
3. Click on a task with the status **Open \[C]**
4. Click on **\[E]** to start processing the task.

## Close Task

1. Open the Tickets menu **\[A]**
2. Make sure the **switch \[N]** is **ON**&#x20;

   ◈ This displays tasks directly under the corresponding tickets.
3. Click on a task with the status **In Progress \[F]**
4. Click on **\[G]** to complete the task.
