Customize Notifications

About This Function

Users can individually determine for which events they want to be notified.

This function can be customized by each user for themselves. This function cannot be controlled via ↗ roles.

Call Up Function

Customize Notifications

Activate the ↗ switch next to an entry to receive notifications for that item.

Deactivate the switch next to an entry to not receive notifications for that item.

Overview

Activate/Deactivate All Notifications

Click on K to turn all notifications on or off.

Restore Standard

Click on L to restore the default settings.

Save Settings

Click on M to save all changes you have made.

All changes will be lost if you do not save!

Available Types of Notifications

• A - Activate/deactivate all notifications related to Dashboards

  1. Activate/deactivate notifications when a custom widget has been created

  2. Activate/deactivate notifications when a dashboard has been assigned

• B - Activate/deactivate all notifications related to Alarms

  1. Activate/deactivate notifications when an alarm has been triggered

  2. Activate/deactivate notifications when an alarm has been acknowledged

  3. Activate/deactivate notifications when an alarm has been acknowledged with a comment in the logbook

• C - Activate/deactivate all notifications related to Tickets and Tasks

  1. Activate/deactivate notifications when a ticket has been assigned

  2. Activate/deactivate notifications when a ticket has been updated

  3. Activate/deactivate notifications when a ticket has been commented on

  4. Activate/deactivate notifications when the user has been mentioned in the ticket

  5. Activate/deactivate notifications when a ticket has been closed

  6. Activate/deactivate notifications when a task has been assigned

  7. Activate/deactivate notifications when a task has been updated

  8. Activate/deactivate notifications when a task has been commented on

  9. Activate/deactivate notifications when the user has been mentioned in the task
